This brief meditation is created using bineural tones (normally, not audible to the human ear).

Using different frequencies in each ear, the brain synchronizes and interprets the difference to access a much deeper-meditative state, sleep, relaxation, or focus.

Sound is powerful and your brain is highly-receptive to the auditory input.
